SCHEDULE                                                                                   
  • Season begins April and concludes in June
WHAT TO EXPECT                                                                       
  • Teams are limited to 8 or 9 players to ensure minimal ‘down time’.
  • Teams are built on common schools & requests when able to accommodate.
  • All players participate & rotate positions.
  • Emphasis on having fun while still developing skills and allows them to experience the value of teamwork.
  • 1-2 games/ week (weekdays) is typical (1.5 hours of play includes 45 minutes of practice & a 45 minute game)
  • Introductory level to softball utilizing a pitching machine.  Emphasis on basic skills – throwing / catching / hitting
  • Uniform consists of jersey, shorts, socks & cap (jersey & shorts returned at end of season)
  • Glove, batting helmet & Jill ARE MANDATORY.
