	E-REGISTRATION FORM Complete player information If more than 1 form is submitted for the same player the last form received will be considered accurate and the information in the first form(s) will be deleted. To take advantage of the Family Discount please ensure the 2 higher rate players are registered before your 3rd+ player(s)  HELP US FORM NLDS Secretary & Sponsorship Coordinator are vacant positions on the board  There are many great opportunities to give back to softball and your community.  Perhaps you are not a coach or umpire but you are a good organizer or have computer skills?  Any skill or time commitment is valued!! SUBMIT You will receive a confirmation email summarizing the information you have sent to NLDS - PLEASE RETAIN FOR YOUR RECORDS if you DO NOT receive an email confirmation summarizing your player's information then the data may not have transmitted properly - PLEASE contact registrar@nlsoftball.ca or re-enter the information (but do NOT pay twice)
